Taking Inspiration From central Government ,In Telangana Digital Telangana Program has been started by IT Minister Mr KT Rama Rao . The main objective of the program is to Provide digital facilities to each and every citizen in telangana state
This is being made possible through :
§ Laying Optical Fibre Cable to each household in cities ,villages and towns.
§ Providing 4G services in telangana state
§ Providing WiFi facility to all cities and towns
Telangana Government Started Providing WIFI facilities at Charminar,Tank bund ,Necklace road , Public Gardens and Railway Stations.
Now Telangana Government is Following Below Strategies to move Towards Digital Telangana
Expanding Services in Meeseva
Providing Facilities to the citizens to avail all the government services through mobile (mobile Governance )
The basics of computers is taught from primary school level in Government schools.
Digital literacy program, under which one member of each household will be taught to become digitally literate
